About LATA Nordic and what we can do for you and your company

International members (application)

We want to bring together all companies, including travel agencies, airlines, tour operators, hotels, DMCs, media and educational institutions. As a member, you will receive professional help from LATA Nordic in developing knowledge and a sense of the destination. Our goal is to promote the professionalism and competence of the travel industry through education and training.

  • After work events with informative presentations of specific countries or places with the opportunity to socialize with colleagues and meet relevant travel salespeople.
  • Arrange conventional workshops with Latin American and Caribbean companies
  • Organize study trips to different parts of Latin America and the Caribbean in cooperation with airlines, local tour operators and tourism organizations.
  • Through the “Forum Latin America” ​​arrange various educational lectures aimed at both basic education and more specific issues such as ecotourism, gastronomy, etc.
  • Present current information about the different countries and tourist destinations of interest via our website, our social media and LinkedIn.

Individual membership (application)

Right now, you can become a member for free and take part in our workshops and events, receive our newsletters and all information with opportunities for new contacts that can help you market and sell trips to the area.

  • You will be invited to workshops, presentations and other educational and social events organized or co-sponsored by LATA Nordic.
  • You will be invited to participate in local workshops held by our Latin American and Caribbean members such as airlines, hotels, tourism organizations and DMCs.
  • You will be invited to participate in FAM trips to Latin America and the Caribbean organized by LATA Nordic in cooperation with our members in Latin America and the Caribbean
  • You will be invited to participate in training and other events on general destination knowledge.
  • You will receive the LATA Nordic Newsletter with news and interesting information to give you tips and information about trips to Latin America and the Caribbean. And we hope to offer some entertainment as well!

Vårt mål är att öka kunskapen och medvetenheten om Latinamerika och Karibien i Sverige och Norden och att tillhandahålla ett forum för våra internationella och lokala medlemmar där de kan träffas och interagera.

För att bli individuell medlem fyller du i formuläret på vår hemsida  och så snabbt vi bara hinner så kommer vi att bekräfta ditt medlemskap.
